The Where When Project is an endeavor to create the most comprehensive calendar of current & future events and venues in the U.S. What is an Event? The following are its criteria: - Held in an actual physical location
- Have definite start and end dates
- May require payment/purchase of tickets, and/or be free of charge to participants.
- A minimum of 10 persons must be able to participate (hence, a one-on-one date is not considered an event).
- Must be open to the general public, with a few considerations:
- Age appropriate: Some events may not be appropriate for children or those under 21 years of age.
- Gender based: Some events may only be applicable to women, i.e. “Women’s night out”
The Where When Project does not allow events that: - Discriminate against any race, religion, sexual orientation, or political beliefs.
- Are illegal.
- Are virtual or online.
